General Shipping Information:

• Stock Availability: All products listed on our website are in stock. Should you have any questions, please use our live chat for real-time assistance.
• Courier Agencies: To ensure your order reaches you quickly and in good condition, we only utilize reputable courier services.

Inspecting Deliveries:

• Upon delivery, if you notice the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to take delivery of the package. Shipping Partners:

• Preferred Couriers: We use DTDC, Bluedart, Delhivery, ACPL, Maruti, Anjani and The Professional Courier based on minimal delivery time in your area.
• Special Requests: For remote locations where our standard shipping partners might not have coverage or if you have had previous issues with them, we can ship via EMS Speed Post upon special request.

Shipping Time / Delivery Time:

•       Orders are processed within 2-3 business days
•       Shipping charges vary based on the delivery location and order size
•       Users will receive a tracking number once their order is shipped.

• We operate shipping on 6 weekdays (Monday – Saturday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
